This track has nothing to do with Nicholas Cage or the People's Elbow.What this track is however is one of the best rock tracks I have heard in years. It almost sounds like something you'd find on Bellbottom Rock although it was just released last year. Here's their self penned slacker bio:

We’re a psychedelic rock band called Tame Impala. We're really good and awesome and we like to play gigs in paddocks and other large areas of grass in the sun. We like to record music at home. We wrote a bio a while ago but lost it, I'll put it up when I find it.
